Party menus have their specifics and are always coordinated individually. Individual menu is prepared for each party, taking into account the occasion, budget, number of participants and other preferences. Other services
Greatest number of guests can be entertained in fourschette type parties. This name originated from French phrase “a la fourschette” (on a fork), when meals are served on tables and the guests can themselves pick the food (most usually – of one-bite size or to be eaten using a fork only, without a knife). When guests are serviced at tables, number of guests decreases.
For seminars and conferences, theatre-type seating versions can be used (no tables, chairs are put side by side). Use of tables automatically reduces number of participants.
